About the Game
Project Lambda is an action-packed top-down shooter game where your only goal is to survive. You must shoot your way through dangerous zombies that are constantly chasing you, trying your best to escape the area. To stay alive, you need to keep moving fast, aim well, and use your weapons to clear a safe path.
I am very proud of this project because I developed the entire game completely by myself in just one week for a game jam. It was a great challenge to design the game, write the code, and build the whole experience in such a short time!

Gameplay Mechanics
Speed accumulates over time and is preserved through jumps and direction changes. Stopping or hitting a wall resets your multiplier.
Run along vertical surfaces up to 2 seconds. Timer resets on each new wall. Jump off walls to redirect momentum.
Single-charge dash on a 3-second cooldown. Direction is locked to current look target. Interrupts gravity mid-air.
Obstacle courses are seeded at runtime using BSP partitioning. Every seed produces a valid, completable layout.
Activated by proximity. State is written to disk so progress is never lost on quit. Last checkpoint shown in the HUD.
Multiplier grows with unbroken movement speed. Reaching score thresholds unlocks cosmetics and level seeds.
